Routine. Rhythm. Balance. These simple words have acted as a constant reminder of my power. Power to create. Power to cultivate. Power to hold space for myself and create the life I want. Becoming a mother and a full time entrepreneur made me realize I needed to make self-care a top priority if I was going to prosper in these roles I'd been blessed with. My new way of life soon caused a complete shift within me. I became more self aware and learned how to remain present within the fleeting moments of time. Using wellness practices such as mindfulness, rituals, and nutritional eating became necessary pieces of my journey that I'm excited to share on my platform.
